Here is the best thing you can do.

Cover the inner door metal in the door with 1-2 layers of Dynamat subsitute. Add a thick layer of carpet padding between door and door skin. Add carpet padding on rear deck, under and behind back seat. Put 5-6 layers of Dynamat like materials on wheel wells (inside and outside) and firewall. Put 1/2-1" think carpet padding on firewall. This will make your car a lot quieter. For example, my car is quieter than the new Altima if you driven one. You can see what I did in my homepage.
