Has anyone used this double-din install kit for a 5.5 gen Maxima? (not Scosche/GXE)

I'm getting ready to redo my 2002 SE's (non-Bose) sound system and the installer I talked thought this one would work best. All the posts I've seen either talk about the Scosche (cheap construction, poor color match) or the GXE kit (gap at the bottom, good color match). Is this a good third option?

I'm probably going to go with the Clarion DUZ385SAT or Kenwood DPX503, if it matters. Haven't picked the amp / speakers yet.

How is this not the Scosche kit?

EDIT: My fault. I looked too quickly, this Best Kits kit looks very similar to the Scosche one. I've never used this one, but most Best Kits I've used work pretty well. The headunit in particular won't matter, your installer will have to cut that middle bar out anyway and then any should work fine (assuming this one doesn't have the same problems the Scosche does).

Gah, you're right. It sorta looks different when the pieces are separated but even the part number on Scosche's website is nearly identical.

I had the new Scosche kit, you can see my other thread, and the Best Kits liekt he one above. Both are a great color match and both feel about the same as far as quality and strength. BUT, with this one you'll have to cut the middle bar, and I don't care what anyone says, you'll still be able to see a small spot where it was. The new scosche is made just for Double Din AND it comes with brackets. I can not remember for sure if the BEst Kits did, but I really don't think it does. You'll need this brackets to get your HU to line up right. The stock ones placed my HU too high. Or you can modify the stock brackets, but its just more of a hassle. I recommned the new Scosche over the Best Kits
