There are no extra holes.

The empty ones in the pic will have the signal and speaker cables, that are already in the vehicle, passing through them.

plan on using snap bushings for the wire pass throughs?
I have some 1/2" grommets from a previous project that I will use once I have decided on a finish for the board

Do they come with a 90 deg on one end and a straight on the other? How big of a hole to I need to pass the right angle end through?

Here is a recent pic with the amp board installed.

I still have to properly trim out the sides and bottom.

The tonality is awesome but the staging right now is pretty much right inside my head.

I have a lot to learn about tuning.

I will do some experimenting tomorrow night with the Imprint.

Excellent to hear. Aside from the tuning of course.

The main goal of the entire project (including IB sub) was to have quality sound and still maintain almost full use of my trunk.

i figured as much. in all honesty i think it doesn't look as good as equipment of that caliber deserves, but if you're happy with it and it sounds good that's all that really counts.

I agree that as a whole it does not look very good right now. But, like I stated above, it is not finished yet.

The board itself looks pretty good IMO. The black/grey paint has almost a mirror finish to it with only two coats. I still have to add a couple more holes to route the power and ground wires.

I am going to properly trim it out with either plastic or fg. I mounted the board so I could define my transition points between the factory finishers and my own fabricated ones.

Oh the tuning is much better now. I did 4 Imprint runs last night playing with gains and mic positions. I still have a couple of ideas for improvement which I will try later this week.

So far all I can say is it is absolutely spectacular. The tone and the clarity are unbelievable.

It is almost dangerous. You just want to sit back, close your eyes and let the music take you away. Not a good idea when cruising down the highway at 70+.
