I have a factory Bose player in my 95 Maxima, i use a cassette adapter for my Zune player and for some reason every time i put in the adapter it plays for about a second and goes into the opposite of play and spits the adapter back out.. and its been doing this for a while now.. any suggestion to help for this problem???

 

My Bose cassette player (also in a 95) started doing this recently too. So I've resorted to using the FM modulator for my Sirius Stiletto 2, and the static makes it almost unlistenable. I'm looking into the FM direct connect to help, but use of the cassette adapter is such a clean way to listen I'd like to get the cassette player back.

Anyone know if the cassette players are fixable once they start doing this direction reverse without playing and then spitting out the tape deal?
