Bose in Se?

I have a 2002 Se with the stock junk installed. I heard my friends gle with the bose speakers and I was rather impressed. I was wondering if it would be worth it to go and pick up the bose kit for my car if such a thing exists. Any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Deffinitely get the Bose system. It's amazing. I have 1 in my '96 and it still bumps hard. It's worth it to get it.

It is ok for a 10+ year old stock stereo but I would hardly call it "amazing".

Bro mine is amazing. I actually set off car alarms believe it or not. It sounded ok cause I blew out 1 of my door speakers. Now that I changed it the system sounds amazing again.

The Bose system will sound much better with an aftermarket head unit. I installed the Pioneer Avic D3 and it was like a night and day difference

No more of a pain in the *** then installing a complete Bose system into a car.

I'm more impressed with the stock bose system with an aftermarket deck driving it.

I'll be more impressed when I fully remove it.

Being able to "set off car alarms" doesn't really qualify it as an "amazing system"

x 1000

I would imagine the install of the full bose system would not be fun. Not to mention, if you have any problems with it ( probably 9 out of 10 people do) it is a big PITA to deal with. I would avoid it like the plague.

Definitely go aftermarket.
