My old alpine HU died.. CD malfunction.

I would like to know if anyone opinions about :

I'd go with Alpine, but only if those were my only choices.

why the 205 over the 505?

If it were me... 505ftw.
of your two choices that is.

Eclipse is what I will be doing in the near future.... probably 726E or 6620.

I'm a cheapo... 205 on sale at amazon/crutchfield. 505 is $$$$.
