Need amp suggestions for RE SR10D2
Hey guys I just picked one of these up for a steal brand new. Now I need a new amp. For those that are not familiar with this sub here are the specs:
**Brand New RE Audio SR10D4 10" 300W
**RMS Dual 4 Ohm Voice Coil SR Series Subwoofer
**Electrical Q Value -Qes: 0.39
**Mechanical Q Value -Qms: 5.5
**Total Speaker Q Value -Qts: 0.36
**Free Air Resonance -Fs: 25.3 Hz
**Equivalent Compliance -Vas: 31 liters
**One-Way, Linear Excursion -Xmax: 18 mm
**Efficiency -SPL 1W/1m: 85.3 dB SPL
**Effective Piston Area -Sd: 310 cm^2
**Thermal Power Handling -Pe: 300 W
**Force Factor -Bl: 14.35
**Mounting Depth - 5.25" - Sealed: .35 - .6 cubic feet - Ported: .65 - 1.2 cubic feet tuned @ 35 HZ
This will be put in a sealed 2x10" box that i am building to around .7-.8 cubes for each chamber based on what I have read on DIYMA about these working best in those size boxes. Maybe my information is wrong. If so, please correct me on what size the enclosure should be.
Also, I am going to add a second one at some point down the road so whatever amp I purchase will need to be able to power both of them when all is said and done.
