Aftermarket Headunit and interface advice..

Im looking to purchase a avn6610 or 6620 real soon and i wanted imput on theses units.. I want something good but im not trying to spend that much money, so if figured this unit was right for me.
I want to know if this unit is any good?
Also i want to keep the steering wheel controls so im gonna have to in get the interface connection.. Is this adapter worth it, becasue ive been hearing of a long delay when pressing buttons. Is there a particular interface i should get with the eclispe units.
Please advise
