Sub cleaning and repair

I got an old audiobahn sub from a guy at work recently and it's pretty dirty/dusty and 2 of the wires coming from the cone to the terminals are cut. What would be the best, and safest way to clean this thing up, and reconnect the wires? I was thinkng of just adding a little wire, soldering it, and heat shrink tubing over it.

actually, I can't even tell what model it is, so if anyone can help with that too it'd be great. It's a 12" dual voice coil. (pictures were taken in bathroom btw i dunno why i took them there haha)

Thanks

just resolder the lead onto the terminal. wipe the rest of the sub down with a moist towel and it should be good to go...considering the VC is fine and what-not.

I cleaned it pretty good so far, I'm wondering if there's any kind of cleaner that wouldn't hurt the surround or something that might actually be good for it (something like how leather cleaner/conditioner works for leather)

Any ideas on the model of this sub?

Are you sure? I checked it out online and from the top view it looks right, but the basket is totally different. Maybe it's an older model? I dunno. Thanks for the input
