I need the illumination wire color for an 07 Maxima

I wired my NIRD-01 interface to the red/blue wire that runs to the dimmer rotary switch on the dash, and now I can dim the driver info display along with the dash lights when I rotate the switch. I tapped my P980BT illumination wire into the same wire, but the radio will not go into "night mode" when the headlights get turned on. Any idea on which wire on the factory harness that I need to tap the H/U illumination wire to? I did a search, but couldn't come up with anything usefull.

That's the same one I was told as it when I installed in an 07.

I'll have to go through the H/U menus and see if there's a setting in the H/U keeping it from dimming.

Thanks for the help Nismos, there was a setting in the H/U that was default set to "dimming off". I turned it on, and it now works as it's supposed to. 1 problem down, 2 more to solve!
