Bose DD dash kit for 00 maxima

I have been searching the web for a double din dash kit for my 2000 Nissan Maxima with the Bose sound system and all i can find is the Schosche two single din dash kit. Any help would be great thank you for your time.

There are two options. The Scosche kit or the OEM GXE kit.

I already responded to your post in another thread:

THEIR site?

Scosche is not an OEM kit and therefore won't be available on courtesyparts.com, which only sells genuine Nissan parts. Any aftermarket installer shop or online retailer should have it, including Crutchfield, eBay, etc.

Well, I'm sorry, I can't answer for Scosche's supply chain issues. Call them directly and order it - that's what everyone else is doing.

Ok this is like third Dash Kit thread within a past week. I did just a yahoo search and plenty of retailer carry the NN1648B. But this listing below is a steal if you have a ebay account...

I have the Scosche 1494B (the 2-din dash kit for 00-03 maximas) and it is absolutely ****. 1) It doesnt actually fit 2 single din HUs. 2) To make it work you need a dremel and lots of time 3) the thing is fragile as hell I broke one the process of cutting it to ACTUALLY fit the 2 single din HUs that the mfg. CLAIMS that it fits.

DO NOT BUY THE SCOSCHE unless you want to spend time and effort trying to make it work.

Although the OEM GXE kit is more expensive but I know for a fact that it is MUCH better build quality and it ACTUALLY fits the 2 single din HUs

Quite a biased statement.

There is an updated DD Scosche kit, that supposedly fits very very well.

Yes again there new kit fits fine the color is just off nothing some paint couldn't fix plus 20 bucks vs. 120 bucks should be a no brainer for a piece of plastic

I can't really tell plus the bag he has in the picture is un-marked the scosche bag has the part# on it.

But there are a couple still on ebay cheap:
