Mono Amp help

I just bought a JBL BP300.1 amp off ebay for $60. The auction claimed it was brand new and sealed, but its missing everything from the fuses, screws, manual, and box. It has been very well used. The seller agreed to either refund me and return it, or comp me with some cash. I'd been trying to get this thing to power my 12" IDQ, but no luck.

I hooked up the power wires and the amp is on...the led turns green and the amp lights up. There are two sets of speaker outputs...2 postives and two negatives. I stuck the speaker wires to my amp in each and every combination and still had no sound. Is the amp broken? I'm bridging my old Kicker Impulse 75X2 into 2 ohms. I didn't know I could do that, but it's getting decent power.

First make sure your RCA's are good and the speaker wires are connected to the sub right. IF it is the 300.1 then it should only have one channel, so the two outputs are just for easier insttalation of multiple woofers. You need to just use any 1 pos and 1 neg output. When you hook the sub up does it do anything (move in any way)? Call JBL and see how much it cost to have a new board put in. Make the seller pay for that.
