Setup Kappa Perfect 6.1's...Need a guru!

I need some advice on tuning and setting up the new system in my 5th gen. Substage is perfect. Type-R in a horn-loaded enclosure on a Rockford T10001bd. HU is the Pioneer P4000DVD, only has two sets of preouts. I've got the rear preouts going towards the subwoofer amp, the front outputs are split to a recently installed 4-channel.

The 4-channel is the Rockford P400-4. Birthsheet claims 75wx4 @4ohms. Fronts are Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1's and rear's are basic Kenwood's KFC-1682IE. (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1198888991061)

I'm having trouble getting the speakers up to my listening level without putting the amp into protect mode. Front channels of the P400-4 are powering the Kappa Perfect's. Rear's are powering the rear fill Kenwood's.

I'm thinking maybe going active, removing the Infinity crossover's, and putting each tweeter/speaker on its own channel maybe? The highs with the Infinity's are great, there is no mid-range. Do I have to turn up the 'Punch EQ' (bass/treble boost essentially) on the amp? Any ideas/solutions guys?

Would seem like your amp is underpowered and your pushing it to far and sending it into protection. From what i heard the Perfect's are very power hungry and need at least 100w maybe even more, so going active may help
