i was thinking of getting this unit...

problem is...i dont know much about audio...

1. will the original bose speakers sound good with this unit?
2. will the original bose amp/speakers work/sound good with it?

at this time my bose sub/amp are as mute as they can be paired with the original HU...which also happened to stopped playing CDs which is why Id like to replace it...

Thanks ya'll!

Any aftermarket radio will improve the sound of OEM speakers. Advise would be to either use, or have who ever is doing the install, to use something similar to the Metra 70-7551 harness. It uses a low level output to go to the amps to be amplfied. Easier and alot cleaner install than having to bypass all the factory amps.

That radio has 6 channel outputs. Front, rear, and subwoofer output, so you're good to go!

will the sub work when connected to a new HU?
