Just out of curiosity does anyone know the radio specs for the 98 non-bose radio (watts per channel (rms)). I'm pulling the radio out anyway. I'm just gauging how loud it is now and then purchasing things to where I want to be (ex. if what I'm hearing is 10 watts rms per channel I want to be at at least 50 watts rms per channel).

 

i am not sure what the ratings are, but 2 of my friends had non bose audio systems, and when we pulled the speakers and deck out, the speakers were only rated for like 10 watts. So they will not hnadle a 50watt load for very long. You will probably have to upgrade speakers as well as the deck.
