Pioneer Headunit Install Help

I've tried to install my Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD like 3 times without success. I figured it was time to seek some help...I have the Metra 70-7551 wiring harness and have matched the colors (all that apply), but the HU won't even turn on. At one point, the HU flicked on and off quickly, but now nothing. Here's how I had it wired the last time:

Harness Wire -->
HU wire
Yellow --> Yellow
Red --> Red
Blue/White (Amp power) --> Blue/White (Remote Power)
Orange --> Orange
Black (Ground) --> Black

Black/Gray (Amp Ground) --> Grounded to the Car
Solid Blue - Not Connected
Purple, Green, White, & Gray RCA Plugs - Attached to their corresponding locations.
Green E-Brake Wire - Not Connected - I plan on hooking up a relay to bypass this, but at this point I just want to get it working first.

Anybody know what could be the problem? This is my first time doing this. Any help is appreciated. I tired of riding around with an empty/exposed center console....

I don't see this mentioned, but did you connect the antena into the back of the unit? On some brands this is like a ground. Also, I don't think connecting the orange wires is necessary. The blue wire, I think this turns on the amplifier for the antena so you can get reception. I recently wired up my Blaupunkt and put all the black wires together. I do not have any issues, no wining, no hum, just clear sound.
