Need information on wiring amp and subs to factory bose unit.

I have a 95 gle and I want to install 2 kicker 10s and a US 100HC with an audio control crossover. I want to keep the the head unit and speakers. I have another amp to hook up to the factory speakers if it would be needed. Really I would just like to hook up the subs, one amp, and crossover. What information can someone give on what I need to hook this up to the Bose headunit. What way would the speakers sound better, facing the trunk or rear seat? Any information would be helpful.
Thanks Auddrew21
