Installing Rear View Camera

I just ordered a Pioneer AVIC-X920BT to replace my 6-CD changer BOSE radio(which doesnt work with USA-SPEC's iPod adapter ) It has a provision for a rear-view camera, so I figure "why not?" But I do have a couple of questions:

1)Can anyone recommend a camera(preferably with pics of it installed)? I am looking for the highest resolution/quality available, and do not care about drilling into the sheet metal.

2)Does it look weird if you don't install it dead-center? Where are some good places to install it?

3)Where do you get power for it? I have seen others suggest to use the reverse lights, but the AVIC-X920BT has a mode where you can view the output while driving forward. Wont this cease to work if it is powered by the reverse lights?
