changing factory CD to Factory nav

I am looking at a factory stereo with navigation. My car is only equipped with standard CD stereo. Do you know if the wiring is different or should I be able to plug and play? Here is what I'm looking at: http://cas07.businessflow.ms/Current...8-71abe4823c23

Thanks for any help,
Chris

NAV DVD goes in at the bottom behind the pop-open compartment. Looks like he's got the player in that deal at the bottom. No DVD in the trunk.

Don't bother. Bigger hassle than you think. Go aftermarket if you want nav.

THIS.

I know from experience(worked at the assembly plant). The nav cars had a completely different dash harness than the non nav cars. Just go aftermarket.
