Is this wiring correct? (Subwoofers & Amplifier)
I want to bridge my subwoofers and run them in parallel mode and wonder if this is the correct way to do it. If so, does this mean that I'm running the amp at 2ohms instead of 4ohms?

Yes, that would make it into 2ohms, however, make sure your amp is bridgeable down to 2 ohms, or that it is a mono block amp or else you'll run into issues like over heating or it going into protect mode

They are MTX jackhammer single voice coil 100-200watts.
Amp is MTX 405 5 channels amp.

For some reason the sub is not hitting as hard even though the new amp (mtx 405) is putting more power out than the old amp i used.
Is this a symptom of poor grounding (I used a different grounding point when installing the new amp)? If my new amp is putting out more power, shouldn't the subs hit harder? Yes I've adjusted the gain, equalizer, and freq but to no avail.
