I listen to hip hop rap music on my 07 se non bose stock maxima and the bass is rattling he rear deck and it sounds awful...no speaker blown or anything ... Any ideas? Cuz i wanted ti get a sub n amp but im guessing its gonna rattle worse

 

pull the rear deck off and cover the metal shelf, the speakers are probably rattling against the metal shelf, you could pull the speakers out and cover the edge where the speaker touches the metal

Not sure if your year max has a rear sunshade but mine did and my aftermarket sub made it rattle so i removed it. A lot better now.
