2004 Maxima Aftermarket Radio Install

Ok, I've found the dash kit i need to mount the head unit but how do i connect the head unit to the existing bose system?

Dash Kit:
Metra 99-7404
Also, this unit's install manual shows the tape deck and CD player being removed, what do you do with the plug that you disconnect from it?

yes, they will still work. you just lose the portion of the display showing radio info and what-not.

Climate controls do not run through the radio on Nissans so if you swap the radio they'll still work.

Do you have bose? If so did you connect the amp turn on wire off the aftermarket deck to the amp turn on wire that hopefully you are using to install the radio? Should be a blue wire.

Should be Blue/White. Blue is antenna.
