left door speaker blown?

hi, I have a 4th gen maxima with the bose system.I recently replaced the stock speakers because it would only play on the driver side speaker. When it first got the aftermarket hu installed, all the speakers worked, but recently I heard that the driver side speaker wasnt working. All the other speakers work fine, but the driver side is the only one giving me problems. Sometime when i go over a big bump, the sound comes back on for a bit, but leaves once i turn off the car. I was wondering if the speaker is blown or if i should play around with the integration adapter.thanks

There's threads dealing with stuff like that. Use the search function for "bose speaker cutout"

Since you're new I'll let you know, you should always try to search function first.

This site's been around for a loong time, and there's probably been people with the exact issue you've had. Search and you'll probably find an existing answer, so you won't even have to wait for help.

yeah any 6.5 will work, you'll just need some adaptor plates. it can be easily made out of some 3/4" MDF.
