98 Rear Speakers

Hey , I have a 98 nissan maxima, and I changed out the stock speakers in the front doors to some kenwood ones. I have yet to buy rear speakers because I have no idea how to take them out. Is there a guide on how to take them out, and do what speakers do you guys suggest for getting. I don't have a bose system by the way.
