So i found a deal on craigslist for a set of alpine type r 6.5 components for 100.00... its actually 2 sets, and he wants to give me a deal, 175.00 for both pairs... I think its a steal was going to buy it until my friend told me he has a set of DLS 5.25 components just sitting in his closet... What would you rather do, take the 6.5 alpines in the front, or the 5.25 DLS with a adapter bracket for the front... I dont have model numbers for the DLS but will soon.

 

Go 6.5 all around. I've done that plus everyone who i installed into has done it too
