Cell Phone Charger Causing Static on radio

My 02 has power outlets, whenever I use them to charge my Cell I get static on all stations on my radio. Its acting like a jammer. I use my phone for just about everything so I always have it plugged in. I usually have it connected to my radio via bluetooth and stream slacker radio with the exception of the mornings I like to listen to a few morning shows on the way to work.

Any body else have this issue or know what the cause is.

Is your radio stock? If it isn't then definitely check the grounds...I can't really think of anything else that would give you this problem
