HELP ASAP!!! Remote wire=blown BOSE fuse

I have never had trouble with tapping into the fuse box before for the remote wire for the amp. I have a 95 SE. First, I tapped into the BOSE 15 amp fuse, and it blew the fuse right away. Next, I tapped into the AUDIO 10 amp fuse, and I got window shaking bass, but only for a couple of seconds...The BOSE fuse blew once again! I just got everything wired up for my 12" RF DVC sub in a custom 2 c.f. ported enclosure, and now I can't even listen to it until I get this bug figued out!! Any other ideas where I can run the remote power wire from? I am guessing that when I shoved the wire into the 10 amp audio fuse, maybe a couple of strands were hanging out and the current jumped to the BOSE fuse..>Who knows?? But I would like to stay away from the fuse box. Any help would greatly be appeciated.
Thanks,
Rob

But the power antenna goes down when you put in CDs....Wouldn't this make the amp turn off when CDs are in use?
