02 Maxima. Window and remote unlock after headunit replacement.

I have searched the forum and found nothing about this. I recently replace my Bose headunit with a Pioneer. I used the recommended Metra harness and the head unit works well. However, a couple of strange things started happening immediately after installing the new stereo. First, my "remote lock/unlock key" will only unlock the driver's side door. If i press it twice it flashes the lights but no other doors unlock. Also, when I remove the key from the ignition, my passenger window rolls up automatically ( driver's side will stay where I left it). These aren't big deals, but they're puzzling me. I can't think of a reason the new head unit would have affected this, but it started right after i put the new unit in. If any one has any ideas as to what might be causing this, I'd be very grateful to hear it. Thanks.

Sounds like something isn't wired properly.

Not sure how wiring up a radio could cause either of the symptoms you're facing, but still. Something isn't right.
