Question about 04 Maxima Electrical Issue
Hi all, not sure if this is the correct place. If not, let me know and I'll move my post.
About two weeks ago, my blower motor stopped working for about a day. Next morning, worked fine. Then stopped two days later, and was out until today. If worked for about 10 minutes while driving home from work.
When this happens, the display shows the fan on various speeds (auto temp control) whether anything is blowing or not. If I'm going fast enough and set it to pull air from outside, I get AC even with the fan not powering itself. There has never been any noise from the fan. I tried replacing the relay last weekend (blue relay in fuse box, if I've read up right) but that didn't help. All signs point to the blower motor amp.
Weird thing is, after it shut off today, my battery was stone dead after 2 hours of being home.
What are the chances of the amp being the cause of this as well?
