How Do I Disconnect this Plug?

There must be some trick that I am not getting about this plug. How do I release this plug? I've tried prying up the white part, but it feels like it's still latched in. How do I unlatch it? Something with the black metal tabs on the ends of the plug?

Thanks,
Bill

I should have mentioned that this is the factory wiring harness plugging in to factory headunit. Thanks!

From: Space is the place?
Press the tabs and pull out. That style connector is one of the more annoying ones.

Thanks for the reply. It was easy, but I was missing the obvious. I was thinking that the tabs on the ends were what I needed to press in, but it was the white tab in the center of the long side that needed to be pushed in. It was a deeper "push" than I was expecting, so that's why it didn't release when I tried it first.

All good and proceeding with the install now! Thanks!
