XS is nice, Sirius isn't out yet (I don't think), but rather expensive.

the Sirius website says 12.95 a month, im not sure about activation, but kenwoods new receivers work with sirius and i would rather buy kenwood than pioneer or sony, plus you get 60 commercial free channels with sirius. ive been told by local retailers that it is suspose to be running by the end of this month. it sounds like a cool altenative to listening to cds all the time.

If sirius is coming out FINALY at the end of the month go for it. Those guys have taken there time to get it right. to me 12.95 a month is alot. Keep in mind though to run the satalite stuff you can get a externel receveir for it and conect it to most head units....just another option to look into.

If you have a recent Sony deck (2000-2002) models. They are coming out with a XM receiver that connects through the Unilink. Instead of getting the FM Modulated one that is out now. I know that I'm going to pick that up as soon as it comes out.
I never saw the point of getting a Digital radio device and then having to convert it to a FM signal.

I'm having a new Pioneer MP3/CD Player that is Xm ready installed tomorrow, I'll probably wait a few weeks to buy the tuner and the antenna though, I'll let you know how it sounds when I get everything set-up.

Sirius radio was launched yesterday. $12.95 a month. Best thing is all of their stations are commercial free.

Thats what im thinking a new kenwood receiver and subscribe to sirius, i never listen to the radio now but after flipping through about twenty of their stations at my local audio shop, its going to be so nice not to be limited to the 12 cds in my changer or have to mess with changing the one in the dash in order to switch it up a little.
