Replacing speakers in 96 Max

I have a 1996 Maxima it came with a plain system . I changed everything out but the front door speakers. I have had a problem when I replaced the rear speakers and added an amp it ruins my amp because the speakers are grounded to the chasis. Is there any way to install speakers in the rear without them being grounded to the the chasis.

What are you gonna ground them to instead?
