Brotha Lynch (definitely get Loaded and/or Season of the Siccness if you dont have any of his albums). Track six (or tracc sicx as lynch would say) on Loaded especially - I think it's called Heataz. You better have some SPL'in subs and no mids that go out of range if you wanna bump that song loud though.

Good old three-six (world dom is their best I think), E-40, Do or Die (older stuff) all have quite a bit of bump.

No mention of Three6 Mafia when talking about songs with bass?

2 ablums just flat out knock

The End number 6 8 12
World Domination number 15 21

The first DMX CD number 13 or 14

8Ball & MJG are loud

Cypress Hill is really really loud

OK, here's a couple fo' ya...

R&B tip;
- Ashanti: Baby
- Joe: What if a woman...
- India Arie: Brown Skin (serious bass on this cut...)
- Destiny's Child: Emotions

Rap tip;
- Snoop Dogg + Mystical: Ghetto Anthem
- Too $hort: The Ghetto, Don't Fight the Feelin (old school)
- LLCoolJ: The Boomin' System, Zoom (w/Dr.Dre)
- Busta Rhymes: Break Ya Neck
- Dr. Dre: Keep Their Heads Ringin', F#$k You, Xplosive
- Eminem: Without Me, Marshall Mathers
- Ice Cube: Make it Rough/Make it Smooth
- Mr. Short Knop (w/Ice Cube): Flashbacks (you'll like the sinister bass in this cut...)
- Goodie Mob: Sista, Lover & Friend, Cell Therapy
- Jay-Z: Dynasty
- Outkast: Fish & Grits

Holla if you need more. Since I finally got my system near completion, I'm looking for the bass tones myself. Thanks to everyone for all of your suggestions, they're really good.

It is kind of corny but if you can put up with the rest of the song..... Quad City DJs-Ride the train (or something like that) Has crazy real fast punchy bass. On the RAP/METAL end Adema-How You Like It.

Have any of you listened to the really old Da Brat album, "Funkdafied"? The album it loaded with deep bass. I bet you if you throw some good reggae songs in, you will be amazed.

TQ- Bye bye baby
Mr Vegas, Sean Paul,

Beres Hammond -- A little more time, Sweet lies, Let it go (slow jam, with nice a bass groove)
Brian McKnight -- Deep Bass Slow Jam for when you with your girl
Brandy -- You don't know me remix

I've got tons of others, but need to go home to look.

Buju Banton
XZibit - Get your walk on & I can't deny it

nas: shoot em up
st lunatics: let me in now

those 2 songs have the absolute most bass out of any rap song ive heard. here are some other good ones too:

ruff ryders: WW III
silkk da shocker: aint my fault
master p: make em say uh
big tymers: still fly (but its getting played out already)
e 40 and fabolous: automatic systematic (that sh*t hits)
too short: cocktails (da illest)
petey pablo: I
juvenile: set it off
nate dogg: music and me
luni coleone: ya ya (thats some ghetto sh*t)
kurupt: behind the walls
e 40: sprinkle me
504 boyz: wobble wobble
iconz: get fu cked up

ok i gotta stop or i could go on forever. i represented east coast, west side, dirty south and midwest all there. but put those on a cd and your sh*t will definitely hit.

I don't know if anybody has posted this yet, I was too lazy to go through them all. But if you just want a regular song, and you like rap, go with Nelly - E.I.

How about some Bob Marley? I have a 4 CD Set which pounds. Legend would be a good choice as well.

Can't go wrong with Marley.

i second that

If you just want Bass, 36 mafia would be perfect.. lol
I'm more into lyrics and good production.. while 3-6 mafia **** might cause your rear view mirror to shake hard enough for it to be disfunctional, anything else except the beats doesn't appeal to me much.. so, whatever floats your boat.

That's what I was going to recommend! I have that on rotation in my MP3 player. It hits like a ****. Eric Sermon's solo album (name escapes me) is FULL of bass.

I like old school, so NWA (especially "B!tch better have my money") is awesome. That I against I song is huge on bass, as in Cubanate (Human Drum - as mentioned earlier).
Also, Tupac, Biggie, can't go wrong there.
