Im using 8 gauge wire, I think that should be more than required for this amp. The amp is mounted in the back seat wall. From what I know there are two RCA jacks in back of the head unit, and that is where im getting my sound. Also I think my amp just went out. Im going to test it in my brothers car, see if it does the same thing.

Im only running one 10" Sony Xplod sub. I touch the amp and it was HOT!! It almost burned my hand.
