I had an amplified Bazooka in my Prelude. Sounded excellent, installation is pretty simple.
To obtain the correct signal from a BOSE system, you have to tap into the speaker lever output of the BOSE amps at the speakers, NOT line level. Bazooka tubes have both inputs, high and low level. You can tap into the signal right on the wire that goes into the speaker cone itself. The high or output signal from the BOSE amps (on the speakers)are equalized which means it has base and trebble. Line level signals from BOSE head units are very flat. You will not get any base from your tube if you use line levels as your source.
All you need is a power line from you battery to the trunk, I believe turn on for Bazooka tubes can be set for audio signal detection. A good ground, possibly tap a screw into the body of the trunk some place and get the correct source signal.
Est. time 2 hours.
