Im thinking about getting a Half din Equalizer but what would I do with the empty space? is there some sort of trim piece that they put in so there wouldnt be a hole in the dash? any Ideas what to put in there? thanks.

also, what other equipment do I need to use a EQ? do I need a Amp or anything? or will the shop be able to wire it to my HU with no problems?

 

for the eq to work it passes the signal from the preamps on the HU to an amplifier, I tried to find a way to get around it, but there are no ways that I could find. What I will probalbly do when I get an EQ is put it in the center armrest so I don't have to worry about having an empty space, but something that will not be visible and won't accidentally get bumped.
