Is it possible for my Focal 165K speakers to be hitting my grills causeing my rattles? I have *little* rattles when the door panel is off, and those should not be audible when its on, then I put them on and wham, rattle city, it seems to be coming from the grills. I dont know how Ill fix this but the speakers are AWESOME, if I could ditch this rattle Id be fine!!

Any solutions??? Or can this happen???

 

Go to your local stereo shop, and tell them the problem and they should be able to fix it. I had the exact same problem as you and all it was was a few loose things and they put some dynamat in. Now it sounds bad ***.

 

Use a little weatherstriping and tighten the screws. Should end the rattle.
