HELP! Screws On Factory Stereo Brace

I have a 5th gen and have my whole dash apart, trying to install my pioneer 9300, and Im already stuck! How the hell do do remove the factory stereo from its brace. The four screws on each side won't budge at all. Some on her said to drill them of cut them. I don't like the idea of drilling into the headunit, and have no idea how the 'cut' metal screws.

Please help!
Thanks
Mike

Use a drill

They are torqued on there hard. I got 7 out of 8 off using a 12v drilll.. If you use the right bit you should be able to get them all off no problem

Well no ones completely stripped and i don;t have any $400 "handpiece" so it looks like im screwed. Notice the pun. It seems to me its imposiible to remove them without wrecking the headunit. Why the hell would nissan make them so tight?
