Anyway, are the subs recommended to be at 150 RMS or peak watts?
The JL 250/1 is a mono amp... You are better off with the 300/2... It is 150wX2 or 300w bridged at 3-8ohms...
Also, my friend has some 2001 Fosgate amps for 30% off...
Do this when you have a chance... Go to Custom Auto Radio in Saugus, MA (Near the square one mall) and talk to Jamie Perkins... They carry Rockford and JLAudio. He will go through all equipment options and hook you up..
PS-The JLAudio 12W7 is in... It barely fit in the trunk but holy s**t the bass it pumps...

Hey Freddy, why did you change your name?
I still have my 250/1 amp, so I'm going to hold on to it in case I decide to throw a third sub in my bmw. I'll keep in mind that audio place in Saugus for the future.
Now I really wanna hear your new subs. Do you get any rattles from all this bass?
P.S., this is what I want. Some guys on bmw forums drive two JL 10W3D4 subs with JL 250/1 amp without any problems.
