Those should be enough to give you a good *** shaking.
What amp are you planning on using?

I really like RF products, so I know a bit about that one. It's their lowest economy model, so it's not all that great. 2 for $100 is just an average price for new ones. They only handle 100w RMS, and 200 peak and run at 4 ohms. It's fine if all you want is a little bass. Maybe try a RF 200.2 amp with it. But if you plan to do all that wiring and installation anyways,...I would suggest some better subs. Maybe 2 10" RF Punch HE2s or better. I used to have 2 Punch HX2s with an 800a2 amp, that sh*t BUMPS!

I think you could do better, and in general, if you look long/well enough and/or talk to the right people, you can usually find something at the same price as RF products that outperforms them. I'd suggest taking a look at image dynamics' IDQ series....however, these are sq-oriented speakers and not really SPL, but they do bump nicely, are very reasonably priced, and fit in very tight enclosures.

Really, if your budget is $100 for a pair of subs though, you're not going to get anywhere near the "good subs" range. Pretty much everything at that price is going to be entry-level stuff.

Nah I have a budget of about 600-700 for my system but if I could get an equivalent system for less I could use the extra money for other mods.

Well I've got 2 10" Audiobahn AW1000x subwoofers. They're very nice, with 2" rubber surrounds, 120oz double stacked strontium magnets, push 600w RMS (each), and chrome. I had planned on installing them, but I'm selling my car. So they're brand new in box. I'll give them to you the pair for $200 shipped OVERNIGHT.
