3rd Gen RCA question

Ok I currently have my power wire comming through the wheel well on the Drivers side of the car and my two amps are under my seats (They like the AC )I am however going to be moving them to my trunk. As of right now I have the RCAs run under the center console. I will be running them to the trunk along the passenger side of the car. The problem is I have heard that nissan ran the power for all the trunk stuff on the passenger side. Think this will cause any whine? I doubt it but figured it would not hurt to ask.

Yeah the more I think of it, the more I doubt it will be an issue.

in my own experience, all the wires were right down the center and on the drivers side. my signals are on the passanger side, no problem at all.
