BUYING SUBS ON MONDAY.....Looking for last minute input

Ok I have it down to 2 JL 12W0s or 1 Kicker Comp 15" (not VR)
I am looking for a nice punch, Any suggestions?

unless you are getting them super cheap, you can do better w/your money.

The JL source is a secret. The Kicker source is just about anywhere.
Also MTX 4000 are buy one get one free at a local shop...but I have not heard to many good things about them

Patrick - for cheap, and low power handling, not to mention fitting in very small enclosures and having great sound quality, you could check out Image Dynamics IDQ series of subs. They're cheap, and a great bang for the buck. More SQ and not really SPL subs tho.

Between the JLs and the Kicker comp, I guess I'd say the JLs. Kicker comps are big 100% SPL subs...they'll rumble low frequencies out, but say goodbye to accuracy/sound quality.

both are low end in the respective companies. is there not way you can go with 1jl 12w3 or go with 1kicker comp vr???
