Comparing bose system to aftermarket

First of all, the system i am picking up in a few days for my 4th gen is an Alpine CDA 7893 HU, Jl audio 6.5 speakers, 1 Jl Audio 250/1 amp, and 1 12 inch JL audio W3. I am trying to get an idea of how this would sound, so if any of you know, how would my system compare to the bose system w/bose subwoofer in the maxima 2k and newer? Thanks alot guys.

I would destroy the Bose system. Bose sucks. If it has no highs and no lows, it must be Bose.

If your equipment is installed properly it will undoubtedly sound much better than the Bose. The only thing you may miss are the rear speakers, which some people like. It's just preference. BTW, which line of JL speakers? Go for their best, XR I believe?
