Wet AutoX in Upstate NY

We had our 3rd event of the season in the Glen Region (NY).

My whole group (STS) ran our 1st heat in the pouring rain - and poor me with only FSTB and RSB vs much more heavily modded cars - most had much better tires.. Ahh well, I'm still new at this (5th event overall)

My best time was 61.8 sec (fastest of the day was 55.8, but that guy is awesome and drives a WRX with race tires).

I was 12/13 in STS - within a 1 sec of about 5th/6th..

2/11 in Novice class...

why do you race in the glen region if you live in rochester?? we're in the FLR. (I have however, heard that the glen region is better)

Sunday, we had 63 drivers - 4 runs (weather and length/layout of track affected overlap of cars on track)... Usually we get between 40 and 60... Rochester gets 100+ each time = more runs for me (and I do need them)!!! Plus my bro drives in Glen Region... small, consistent crowd.. pretty cool bunch.. I may try to do one of the Porsche/BMW events here - I heard they get like 25 drivers? That would be cool..
