Dealings with 1swtmaxima (negative)

I bought a set of '95 GLE sawblade rims from this guy and he never sent them. He strung me along with a nice stream of excuses for a month until I filed a claim through Paypal. However, since he filed with UPS to ship them, they denied it even though UPS clearly shows the shipment was never picked up. Nice. Just a heads up not to do business with this guy (and not to expect much help from Paypal).

That suck. I have a pair of 95 gle rims and tires. I have also lost a claim with paypal. It seems like sometimes you win , sometimes you lose. But it doesnt mean we still cant get ****ed. It also seems as long as the seller ships someting you will get denied. He could even ship sh*t to you and can get away with it. But like Tylerborg if you paid with cc just call them up and youll get your money back. Out of curiousity how much did you lose?
