I bought my Cattman exhaust from him. He shipped it very quickly and when I found out that one of the tips was damaged, I told him and he said that it was not like that before he sent it out. He took my word for it even before I sent him a pic of the damage. He said he didn't want me "to be unhappy."

He said he would paypal me $30 back for the damage.
Eventually I got the pics uploaded and emailed it to him.

After seeing the pic, he emailed me back and said:

Oh crap! I know I said I would send you $30 back, but I'll give you $50. That should be enough to get that tip fixed."

As you can see, John is a great guy and a highly recommended seller.

No problems whatsoever.
