Anybody ever deal with "vsamoylov"?

I have been trying to buy a muffler from this guy for like 2 weeks. Can anybody of a decent rep vouch for him? Here is what REALLY scares me:

1)Tells me he has pics of the muffler and said he sent them to my email. Never received them ans when I told him that he didn't respond.

2)Asks me what the dimensions are for the muffler he has!

3)He makes the offer of $65, I accept. I call UPS/FEDEX and they tell me it will be $10 to ship it UPS ground. I offer him $15 to cover shipping.

4)I ask him twice if we have a deal, no reply yet.

5)He is stalling for some reason or he really just doesn't care because everytime I try to end the deal by saying "Do we have a deal?" he completely avoids answering the question and proceeds to ask another question "How do I package it?", "Can you paypal me the shipping money after", "Where did you get the cost estimate to ship", etc. All questions he has asked me.

Something just isn't right, or it's just me. Let me know what you think guys. He has not responded in two days nor returned my phone calls. He is 17 years old which also scares me. I searched the entire feedback forum and found nothing on him.

He has yet to get back to me on the shipping so I assume he is auctioning the muffler to the highest bidder. I wont buy from this guy because his word means nothing.

That is my thought. He has a ton of stuff he is "selling", "auctioning", off and I can't be the only one who has had problems.

I gave up on him a long time ago. No offense but I wont buy $hit from anybody under 21 nor negogiate with them anymore. I told him I was willing to pay shipping and we had an agreement on the price. He was merely auctioning...

and how did this happen? i sold the muffler to another person from the org and shipping was not $10 for the muffler like you said. it came out to a total of $30. and if you gusy think i am shady and i cant be trusted? i have a ebay account with only positive feedback. And i dont have to sell to the first person i can sell to anybody i want kif they give me a higher price and a person did that so i sold it to him. so this is some bull**** that you are starting this **** because of one feraking part. i sold to so many people on the org and on ebay and i only got positive feedback from them. they always got their parts.

Autctioning is not liked by the members here KID. That was my only beef with you. I just sold a sway bar for 60 dollar to somebody even though a week after I made an agreement I was offered 100. It is called honesty and INTEGRITY.

I really dont care what you say. i am selling the product/item and i could sell it to anybody i want. You are the first one to actually start this topic. I am not the only one here on the org that auctions off item that they have for sale. But I guess then there is a first time for everything.
