larry is often busy.. i dont' think he'll screw u over. he's a good friend of mine. i've been on this forum for a while too. he's helped alot of ppl out. just lags a lil sometimes cuz he's often busy with work and what not.. dont' worry about it. i can understand you being anxious but i don't think he'll screw u over like that.

Point being is that he gave this guy 1k and hasnt heard anything. This has been going on for a while hasnt it Blackbird. You guys can all sit back and tell him to wait but its not your thousand bucks thats gone and you have nothing in your hands and cant even get ahold of this guy. Something has obviously happend as anyone in there right mind would feel like Blackbird does if you were in his shoes.

We are only trying to give characther witness for Larry. I have personally been on both sides of similar situations and I know that things can happen that are beyond my control. It took me 2 months to get a Y pipe to a guy after he paid for it because DHL sent it to Vanuatu instead of Minnesota. It was the same Y pipe that I bought from a guy in MD which DHL also delivered it to the wrong place and I had to wait extra time to get it.

Well Larry contacted me there was some problem with UPS loosing my package then it ended back up at his house.... we will see. After 2+ weeks now and 1000 out of my pocket anyone can be a lil bit skeptical bout that, especially since the payment till now I have not heard a word from him- just heard back from him yesterday or Friday.

I am glad to hear you had some contact with him. At least we know that he isnt dead. I certainly hope all works out as it would be very disheartening to be out of money. Just a headsup Blackbird, if you need to recover your $$ from paypal they have specific timeframes you have to report/file claims within so dont sit back and assume everything will be okay then you find out your out of their timeframe to report this.

I bought some lugnuts from that guy about 2 months ago, it only took him about 1.25 months to ship them to me, he is not a very good person to deal with. but he may be a good guy in real life i dont know though.

Problem, I have had these things on my car for 100 miles or less... and the front struts are blown !!! I thought the car handled kinda weird the nite I installed them but the adjustments where set to soft, now that I cranked them up- nothing really has changed and the car bounces all over the place ! I'm putting on my old GC/Konis up front maybe tomorrow cause the car isn't safe to drive. I tried PMing China and got nothing, I also sent PayPal a message tonite... something tells me the reason I got these for so cheap is cause they where blown already. JIC wants 1000 to rebuild em.

its a shame you've been through so much trouble with the coilovers. did China tell you what condition they were in?

oh man, looks like there ain't much you can do. The fault could've been yours also, unless you have proof they were blown before you installed them.
