There are 2 ways to deal with this. Both involve "COOL PERSON", a local volunteer who lives in Miami and wants to have some fun...

The best way:

1) "COOL PERSON" will go to his house and beat him down!

The alternative way

1) Everyone who has been scammed, create a document that explains what exactly went down, including the cash value of your loss. Get it notorized by your town clerk (takes 2 minutes). Include your name, address, phone number.

2) "COOL PERSON" collects these statements via mail or fax. Call the local police with the supporting evidence, and explain that many people around the country have had items stolen by a common individual who is local, which they arranged on a trading site similar to eBay.

3) As the resident expert, accompany the police, documents in hand, to the thief's house (when his Maxima is there). Identify the parts to the police on the site, and testify (via deposition) that they are indeed the identical parts that have been stolen.

4) The police have a case... hopefully they do something with it.

If anyone who was scammed lives around Miami, it would make the whole process much easier. Bottom line, you all have his information... someone should act!

As usual, these teen scammers acting all tough online. He's pretty stupid to keep incriminating himself on instant messenger. Some guy named pavelsmax was scammed by Tommyali. This scammer thought he'd never get caught til one day. Pavelsmax managed to get a detective to investigate and that's how they found out that he's a 17 y/o kid living at home with his mom. His mom probably has no idea what kind of shet her son is getting himself into online. I bet that when the detective showed at their doorstep, he probably pi55ed and shet his pants at the same time.

It's a classic example that crime never pays. Even if it they seemed to have gotten away with it for the time being, it will catch up to them.

Ok guys here is my show in light of all this. I don't remember if any of you guys recall but I was selling a lot of items at one point because my maxima needed major repairs and I being a full time student needed more money. So I have had the pleasure to deal with MR. cefiro myself. We Made a deal, he was going to get almost brand new Polk audio speakers that I used for 2 weeks for $100 bucks shipped and packaged nicely with proof of tracking number. The deal was I would ONLY ship out USPS 3-5 day shipping, and If I got the money 1st through paypal and made sure it was a valid transfer. The address of that transfer ill get later from my buddy. (it was my friends paypal account.)

He kept bugging me for those last 2 day prior to shipping out a million packages including his. We would talk on line for a few hours about cars and performance items, stuff like that. He kept telling me he didn't want to get scammed and if he does he will make my name known to the whole org community.. ect ..ect... From what I understood his name is Jose Santiago, Lives in miami fl. I clearly remember the name due to the fact my best friend has the same last name.

He told me he lives with his mother, That the hurricanes that summer (The time I made the sells) Didn't effect his house. The dealing that I had with him was pretty harsh, I even took a pic of the tracking number and he still had the nerve to tell me it was fake.... He got his package no response back from him, no feedback about me no nothing. So One day I read he scammed someone, I talked to him on aim (Kingstreet305) I had the chat, PM'ed the guy who got scammed the whole convo and told him not to post it because I didn't want a flame fest to occur but just for him to know that this dude was scamming people for their money.

He did tell me that with one orgs $150 + other money then he got a water jet. I kinda blew him off and told him scamming people is pathetic and its not right, god will punish you for stealing money. Im not a big church person but its not right to steal someones items and hard working money. From that point on, I never spoke to him again, Just ended up blocking him and calling him a low life. I got lucky and didn't get scammed. The kid kept asking me for coil packs AND YES I HAD THEM BUT DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE THEM TO YOU. So yes kiddo's thats everything in a nutshell.
