BEWARE of Bk_Maxima

Please refer to my classified postings about this "seller'. Gamaliel McKenzie 4414 Foster Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11203 718/ 909-4207 a.k.a. Bk_Maxima. Sold front-end bra for $70.00...without attachments....acknowledged missing parts...said he would send...never heard from again...cannot contact...will not respond to e-mail, .org PM, numerous phone calls (voice mail turned off) and written letters. You know what this is! You get what you give Gamaliel/Bk_Maxima. Doug Parker (.org PackerZ)

So you got the product, just missing some parts? No need to ***** up the forums with your bad transaction. This thread is enough.

Sounds to me like he got something that's pretty much useless without those missing parts. That means he's out $70 from this guy. I thought that was the purpose of this Forum. Telling about good or bad transactions.

Since he mailed you the part, this falls under the jurisdiction of the US Postal Office, specifically US Mail Fraud. Go here https://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/welcome.htm and file a complaint. They'll take care of getting your money back.

Thats fine, but he also posted this in FS forums, where it doesn't belong.

Respect your input Nismos. Not trying to "*****" the forums; I was trying to direct peoples attention to this forum before they buy/sell. By finding his thread in "cars for sale" I was able to at least get a P.M. from him... waiting to see if he will make fair resolution or "don't have any $$ so tough luck" result. In fairness, he did (today 09/21/06) finally respond/ acknowledge money he recieved end of July and missing parts(useless product) he sent to me. I hope he does right...
Again, my apologies to anyone I upset while trying to get message out. Doug
